Believing Louisiana southern favorites like Seafood Gumbo & Po-Boy Sandwiches would enhance the Utah food sector, U. S. Army Retiree and Louisiana Native, Jerrell Carter opened Taste of Louisiana Utah (TOL U) Food Truck in 2016. While Louisiana food is typically spicy, (TOL U) has found its niche in the Utah market by serving signature dishes that are well seasoned and full of flavor.

SHWE LETYAR SUSHI
Jadim Lahpai, an Asian immigrant from Myanmar, initially learned to cook rice alongside her mother when she was a young child. As she got older, her mother taught her how to make many more dishes to feed her family, including her five siblings. After lots of experimentation and practice to perfect her sushi-making skills, Jadim now wants to share her love of sushi with her customers. Shwe Letyar Sushi’s menu will expand to include some of her family’s favorite childhood dishes. Please come, taste, and support her business.
